The titled invention is characterized by the apparatus for mounting and dismounting a submerged propeller unit having an eyebolt to secure a wire from the beneath of a floating body from the outside vertically, wherein both sides of the opened pipes pass through vertically floating and are connected with the propeller. When the wire passes through the pipe, the lower end of the pipe passes through the beneath of a floating vertically on the eyebolt of propeller unit.
