<p>PURPOSE:To make possible zigzag multistage blanking of plural rows automatically by moving upper and lower dies in the direction orthogonal to coil members with multistage cylinders. CONSTITUTION:In the case of blanking in two rows, the SOL 1 of a solenoid valve 33 is turned OFF and the SOL 2 and SOL 3 of a solenoid valve 35 are tuened OFF. Pressure is admitted into the rod side chamber of the pressure chamber 253 of a multistage cylinder 25, then a piston 38 advances by 3 pitches and moves a rack 24 upward. A moving pin assumes the position of P1 and in this state the ram is lowered to blank a blank a1. Following to this, the SOL 1 of the solenoid valve 33 is turned ON upon advancing of the coil member A. Pressure is admitted into the rod side chamber of the pressure chamber 253, then the piston 28 reaches its stroke end. The moving pin assumes the position of P2 and the upper, lower dies 5, 7 move on a guide rail 2. In this state, the ram is lowered to blank the blank a2. By repeating the above, the blanks a1, a2... are blanked in zigzag 2 rows.</p> |
