PURPOSE:To provide a device to detect the position of a moving body at low cost, by providing a pair of conductors having intersections along the path of a moving body and by detecting the signals from the pair of conductors by two antennas mounted on the moving body. CONSTITUTION:Intersections 12 are formed at fixed pitches P and thereby conductive pair 2 is formed. The pair is placed along the path of a moving body. Moving body 41 is fitted with two antennas 21 and 22. The position of antennas 21 and 22 are deviated from each other, and by processing the signals from these antennas by control device 23, the direction of travel and position of moving body 41 are detected. |
