PURPOSE:To sanitarily obtain a drink body capable of simply giving cold drink, e.g. juice, by putting a powdery drink and fine ice in a cup body under specific conditions, closing the cup with a lid leaving a space for receiving pouring water, transferring the closed cup body to a refrigerator and storing the cup in a frozen state. CONSTITUTION:Powder of a powdery drink is put in a water-impermeable and air-impermeable cup body 2, e.g. expanded polystyrene, in a filling chamber at <=18 deg.C to form a powder layer body 4, and fine ice at <=-5 deg.C is put therein to provide a fine ice laminated body 9. The resultant cup body 2 is closed with a lid body 13. In performing the filling operation, moisture is produced on the surface of the fine ice 16 to permeate into the powder 17 and form a moisture absorption layer. Thereby, air-permeable gap parts 19 are formed in the fine ice laminated body 9. When the cup body 2 is transferred to a refrigerator cabinet, the moisture absorption layer is frozen to form a frozen layer 24 and keep the powdery drink in the dried state. In drinking, the lid body 13 is removed to pour water at ordinary temperature, and the contents in the cup body 2 are mixed by stirring with a spoon, etc. |
