<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of the compounding ratio of two kinds of resins even if such resins are used and to satisfy a smear characteristic and fixing residual rate by incorporating specific first and second thermoplastic resins and coloring agents included in these thermoplastic resins into a developer. SOLUTION: The first thermoplastic resin of which the softening point temp. is a first temp. and the glass transition temp. is a second temp., the second thermoplastic resin of which the softening point temp. is the third temp. higher than the first temp. and the glass transition temp. is the fourth temp. lower than the second temp. and the coloring agents to be incorporated into the first and second thermoplastic resins are melted and kneaded. The kneaded matter obtd. by this kneading stage is pulverized and the pulverized matter obtd. in this pulverizing stage is classified. The developer satisfying the smear characteristic and the fixing residual rate is, therefore, obtd. by compounding the first and second thermoplastic resins at the prescribed ratio.</p> |
