FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: head has seat and valve with labyrinth-shaped slit, discharge chamber and damping cavities built in seat and valve, respectively. Damping cavity is made closed and is filled with nonflow liquid. Damping cavities may be provided with concentric axisymmetric sleeves with openings and projections in their walls. During flowing along labyrinth-shaped slit product is homogenized. Discharge chamber provides resistance to dynamic radial loadings and damping cavities provide resistance to dynamic tangential loadings. Openings and projections in sleeves arranged within cavities increase damping quality and facilitate dispersion of liquid.
