PURPOSE:To establish the case in which smooth open and close is possible without making scratch on the bonding fine wires and has good workability. CONSTITUTION:The spool guide 5 of the cover 2 is made slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the spool 1 and the spool guide is chamfered in parallel with the straight section (Fig. a). The spool guide 5 is placed to protect the spool 1 and it can not be removed. As shown in the cross section (Figs. b and c) at the center lines 7 and 8, since the distance between the chamfered part 6 and the spool 1 is great, even if the cover 2 is opened from the upper part by taking the lower part (Fig. a) as a fulcrum, the opening is possible without scratching the inner wall of the spool by the spool guide 5. In this case, the outer diameter of the spool guide 5 is so that the function as the spool guide can not be lost, and the opening of the cover 2 can be made without scratching the spool 1 for the size of the chamfered part. |
