The thermostatic mising valve for hot water has a valve body movable between the hot and cold valve seats. The valve body (2) is a two-part contruction, with one part (22) for hot water inflow (4) connected to the other (21) for cold water inflow (3) for a limited movement. The hot water feed part remains in position during the adjustment due to friction in the valve housing (1). The whole valve body is tubular, with its outer face edges (5) controlling the cross sections of the inflow apertures.
