PURPOSE:To make the wind power effectively utilizable for room heating devices, with power device made preventable as well from damage caused by a strong wind and a rapid turning and the like. CONSTITUTION:In a wind pressure turbine, where a wind pressure energy is inducted as a rotary output to an input shaft 2 via a wind mill 1, a wind mill shaft 1'' and a drive bevel gear 1', with an oil pressure pump 3, to be used for the drive source of, for instance, room heating devices rotated and driven, is arranged to be installed an oil hydrauclic cylinder 13 of trunnion type. The turnnion of the cylinder 13 is engaged to the both side walls of a strut frame 9, with a rod end part of the cylinder locked to a rod support axis 12 by nuts. At a time of strong wind likely when in a typhoon, in case of tilting and throwing down the before described strut frame 9, with a fixing pin 15, which is inserted into a base mount 10 and the strut frame 9, pulled off and the trunnion 14 lifted up together with the cylinder 13 by an oil hydraulic drive source (not shwon in the drawing), the strut frame 9 is thrown down and supported by a supporter 16. On the other hand, when blowing a wind strong enough to cause a rapid turning, if a pinion shaft 7 is rapidly turned through a gear wheel 5 and a pinion 6, with an oil pressure reversible pump 8 working, the oil pressure damper works to prevent the rapid turning. |
