<p>PURPOSE:To effect the hot-melt bonding of an adhered (B) to a vulcanized rubber (A) easily without requiring the surface treatment of the rubber, by hot-pressing the rubber (A) containing syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene (S) to the adhered (B) with S laid between them. CONSTITUTION:A vulcanized rubber composition (A) containing 30 wt.% or more of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene (S) is hot-pressed to an adhered (B) with a thin film of S as a hot-melt adhesive laid between them. The polybutadiene S preferably contains 90% or more of 1,2-bonds, has a number-average molecular weight of 100,000-200,000, a crystallinity of 15-25%, and a melting point of 80-90 deg.C.</p> |
