Pneumatic walking stick, particularly for physical fitness

This walking stick aims to permit exercises with the arms corresponding to the movements performed when cross-country skiing. It comprises a cylinder (1) and a movable piston (7) sliding inside the cylinder. The said piston being fastened to a rod (2), the latter ending in a handle (grip) (3). An air-escape nozzle with adjustable flow rate (4) fastened so as to be integral with the lower end of the cylinder. A tenon (6), made from flexible material, is fastened following the escape nozzle, ending the cylinder.
