The pipe cluster consisting of parallel pipes is held in a support grid. The support grid has members with slots for insertion of groups of grid bars. The required tolerances are readily maintained in this structure and it has high strength. The slots (3) in the crossed members (2) are arranged at different spacings from both longitudinal edges (2a, 2b) of the crossed members. The spacing of one end of a slot (3) relative to the adjacent longitudinal edge (2a) of the support strip (2) is at least equal to the distance of the other end of the slot (3) from the other longitudinal edge (2b). |
