Patent Application Covering the Development of a Concrete Foundation Block I. This patent application covers the design of an all purpose concrete foundation block which stabilizes and anchors all types of portable building, trailers and objects. This invention is a precast , steel re-inforced concrete block which securely attaches to the underframe of the building, trailer home or object and permits a liquid concrete pour through the centre of the concrete block . The liquid concrete poured through the centre of the precast foundation block fills the pre-dug hole in the ground and the recessed centre of the precast block. The precast block can be secured and the liquid concrete poured by unskilled labour and when installed is effective in securing the building or object to the ground. In effect it has reclassified the subject matter from a portable to a fixed position.
