A method and apparatus for integrated local treatment of bio-degradable wastes, for example, food remnants, waste papers and human excrement, consisted of a resolving reaction apparatus(1) containing reaction vessel having inlets (5,5') and outlets (6,6'), an apparatus(10) for shattering to pieces solid components, water and oxygen supplying devices (31, 18), and mixing devices (12,12') for solid components and liquid waste.
