A cable connector includes a core (1) made of insulating material in which contact pins (2) are fixed. A busbar (5) is applied to the core to form in parallel a row of earth connection fingers (10), thereby ensuring a suitable earth connection point near to each contact pin. A recess (4) and flats (6) of the core (1) centre the busbar (5), the busbar (5) and core (1) being sandwiched between two half-casings (17). <IMAGE>
