PURPOSE:To secure the transmission of mulfunction occurrence to the circuit of the next step by installing the mulfunction detection/correction circuit. CONSTITUTION:Output data signal S (2)1 of shift register 1 and clock singal S (2)2 turn to signal S (2)3 via exclusive logical sum circuit 2 to be applied to one end of transmission line 3. Here, if signal S (2)2 lacks the clock signal and turns to signal S (2)4, signal S (2)13 and S (2)8 emerge at the output of circuit 24. Signal S (2)13 turns to signal S (2)16 via filter 16; while the clock signal is regenerated through regeneration circuit 14 to become signal S (2)15. signal S (2)16 and S (2)8 are given logical sum 17 to signal S (2)18. And signal S (2)15 and S (2)18 become the signals produced by delaying clock signal S (2)2 and data signal S (2)1 as well as clock signal S (2)2 properly. And signal S (2)16 turns to the signal indicating the malfunction, thus the mulfunction being detected for the circuit of the next step. |
