PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a recorder and to obtain recorded images of high quality at all times by providing an image scanning system drive source such that it is mechanically independent of the drive source for moving a recording element and that the moving velocity of the recording element is equal to the moving velocity of an object image. CONSTITUTION:A fish carrier 3 for holding a microfilm F between transparent glass plates is placed upon a carriage 4 such that it is horizontally movable together with the carriage 4. This carriage 4 is connected through a rack and a pinion 6 to a motor M1 so that it is moved horizontally at a preset velocity together with the carrier 3 by the driving action of the motor M1. There is arranged in a lower gear box 1 a photosensitive element 20 which is made rotatable and which is composed of a conductive layer, a photoconductive layer and an insulating layer. The drum 20 is connected through a gear to a motor M2 so that it is turned in the directon of arrow are a preset velocity by the driving action of the motor M2. The two motors M1 and M2 are made mechanically independent of each other and are made of a synchronous motor which can generate revolutions synchronized with the frequency. |
