A resilient wheel cover disc 1 has spaced rigid fixing tabs and at least one tab 4 is articulated on the disc so that on fitting of the disc to the wheel the tab 4 pivots from the Figure 3 position, through a position which is unstable due to the resilience of the disc, to the Figure 5 position in which the tab 4 secures the disc to the wheel. Alternatively the disc 1 may be rigid and the support 2 for the tab 4 resilient or resiliently connected to the disc. <IMAGE>
