Black=and=white picture signal transmission for document - transmits outlines of picture if large black areas only are present when controlled by matrix printer

The document is scanned by points in lines, and the optical black-white binary states are converted into electric binary signals transmitted to a receiver side store, from which they are applied to a matrix printer, esp. an ink jet printer for production of a copy. When large black areas are reproduced, only outlines of the black area are produced. The printing process is controlled by a matrix unit with an internal program related to an algorithm.
