Power transistor control circuit - has cut=off transistor with energy storing inductor and energy recuperating diode

The power transistor control circuit is connected as a static switch between a load and a continuous voltage-continuous current source. The circuit includes a cut-off transistor (7) and energy storing inductor (8) and an energy recuperating diode (10). The base of the transistor is connected to an electronic switch whose opening and closing is respectively and alternatively controlled by a first increasing value and a second decreasing value of current. This current flows through the energy storing inductor. The electronic switch is a voltage comparator (11) having a step modification auxiliary input. A first input of the comparator is connected to an end of a low resistor (9) in series with the inductor. A second input is connected to a resistance bridge between the base of the power transistor and are of d.c. source terminals.
