<p>A base plate (1), for fixing to an edge of a boat, is connected by a vertical pivot (4) to at least one, upright (5) on which a telescopic arm (7) is pivoted about a horizontal axis (6). A roller (12) is mounted on a horizontal axis on the upper end of the arm so it is free to rotate and guides the line (13). A haulage pulley (14) is pivotally mounted on the lower end of the arm and is driven by a motor (16). The line passes over an idler (17) to the pulley (14).</p> |
