PURPOSE:To prevent a rotor from breakage and to dispense with a special technique in installation by providing a spigot joint worked section to the rotor, by fitting a slit plate to this spigot joint worked section and by fixing the slit plate to a rotation axis with a boss or a set screw. CONSTITUTION:A spigot joint worked section is provided to a boss 3 of an outer segmental fan 2 of a motor 1. A central hole 5 of a slit plate is fitted into this spigot joint worked section, to fitting holes 6 of which pins are fitted and installed. The boss 3 is then fitted into a rotation axis 7 of the motor 1 and secured there. In this way, a slit plate 4 is fixed to the rotation axis 7. By fixing a magnetic sensor 11 to the negative side of the motor 1 through a bracket 10 and by causing the negative side of the magnetic sensor 11 to face the slit of the slit plate 4, the number of revolutions of the slit plate 4 can be detected. |
