<p>This invention relates to a device for measuring the rate of flow of a media using a fluidistor having two control chambers, which are connected to eachother by a tube member. This fluidistor is then working as an oscillator, and the construction of the fluidistor gives a frequency directly proportional to the rate of flow.</p> |
