<p>The appts. comprises a fixed support shaft (14) which freely receives the hubs (12, 13) of two reels (2, 4). The hubs can slide onto and rotate freely on the shaft. A ribbon is wound on each hub. A radial partition (18) slides onto and rotates freely on the shaft, separating the two hubs. The shaft, hubs and/or partition may be made of cardboard. The shaft may be located in a box, fixed to its large sides. An opening is provided in a side wall for drawing the ribbons out.</p> |
