Quiet running suspended vertical centrifuge - with balancing hoops on outside of centrifugal housing

Centrifuge with a bowl on a vertical shaft has a housing which is attached by suspension rods to columns. The housing is surrounded by several hoops with sections of different weight. They are adjusted in such a way that the overall centre of gravity of the centrifuge remains in the central plane of the bowl. This improves the stability and quiet running characteristics of a centrifuge in spite of various filling degrees and to compensate for extra fittings (scrapers). The reduced pitching motion results in a more gentle treatment of the suspension.
