The loader wagon for automatic crop loading has a towbar (1) which is pivoted to the front left of the wagon so that it can swing laterally across the wagon. The pivotal axis (4) is inclined to the vertical, inclined to the left as seen from the rear. A double acting hydraulic jack (3) is connected between the towbar and the frame of the wagon. A rod (11) is pivoted to the frame and has a slider (12) connecting it to the towbar.
