发明名称 PIEZOELECTRIC OXIDE
摘要 PURPOSE:To making the size of ternary fine crystal grains uniform and reduce the surface wave propagation loss, by adding MnO2 and Al2O3 to basic constituents which are In(Li3/5/W2/5)O3, PbTiO3 and PbZrO3. CONSTITUTION:PbO, ZrO2, In2O, Li2O, WO3, MnO2 and Al2O3 are accurately weighted and then mixed with one another to add 0.05 to 3% by weight of Mn2O3 and 0.05 to 3% by weight of Al2O3 to the basic constituents which are 0.2 to 22% by mol of In(Li3/5W2/5)O3, 36 to 57% by mol of PbTiO3 and 33 to 54% by mol of PbZrO3. These raw materials may be hydroxide, carbonate, oxalate, etc. which can be changed into oxide by heating. The mixed material is preparatorily baked and then pulverized to a mean grain size of about 1.5 to 1.7 mu. Polyvinyl alcohol is added to the pulverized powder. The mixture is molded under pressure and then baked. A DC electric field of about 20 to 40 KV/cm is applied to the baked piece, thereby polarizing it.
