The extruded ceramic fascia tile is step rebated at the top edge, and includes a projecting rear-face suspension hook adjacent to the bottom edge. The rebate of an installed tile houses the lower edge of the tile above, and the suspension hook lodges over the vertically projecting flange of a metal Z section hanger. The downward and innermost vertical flange of the hanger may be bolted to timber studs or maybe cantilever bolted directly to the substructural wall. A compressible sealing strip may be provided between the horizontal overlapping edge of the tiles, and the hanger may bear directly on the tile-hook.
