<p>PURPOSE:To permit reasonable high speed feeding in return process by utilizing a differential circuit in the high speed return process of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The pressure receiving areas of A2 and A3 are smaller than that of the retuen side pressure chamber B. When pressurized oil is supplied to P1 and P2, keeping a valve V2 in the state shown by the figure, then the pressurized oil enters into the chambers A1, A2, and A3, and a piston 22 rises up with a low speed and a large output. When supplied only into P2, the pressurized oil enters into the chambers A2 and A3, and the piston 22 rises up with a medium speed and medium output, and when the pressurized oil is supplied more into P2 and the valve V2 is switched, the pressurized oil enters only into A3, and the piston 22 rise up with a high speed and a small output. Then, if the valve V2 is set at the state shown by the figure, a valve V1 is opened, and the pressurized oil is supplied into P3, the piston 22 lowers with a medium speed according to the size of the chamber B, and keeping the state as it is, the valve V2 is switched, then the pressurized oil enters into the oil chambers B and A2, and due to the difference of the pressure receiving area, the piston 22 lowers with a high speed.</p> |
