PURPOSE:To form a tire having superior wear resistance and dielectric strength by mixing carbon black and softener such as natural rosin group resin with rubber. CONSTITUTION:The tread 1 of a tire is composed of a cap 1' and a base 1''. Highly reinforcing carbon black is mixed with the cap 1' of the tread 1 required for wear resistance. Softener such as natural rosin group resin or phenol group resin is added to the base 1'' of the tread 1 required for dielectric strength rather than the wear resistance. |
