PURPOSE:To produce various types of sound with the construction of frequency, amplitude and waveform of sound freely, by performing rewriting of data through the latch of the coded data outputted from the video image memory. CONSTITUTION:The sound data latch circuit 8 performs the latch of coded data outputted from the video memory 2 with the output of the sound data latch timing signal generator 7, and the output of the circuit 8 is converted into analog quantity with the D/A converter 9. Further, the coded data in the memory 2 designated with the sound address designation unit 12 by the output signal of the generator 7 is memorized in the circuit 8, and the output of the circuit 8 is outputted as sound sighal through the converter 9. Thus, by rewriting the data of the memory 2, the frequency, amplitude and waveform can be freely produced, allowing to produce various types of sound. |
