A locker, in particular for coats and the like, comprises a plurality of compartments extending radially from a central axis, each compartment containing hanging means, and the arrangement being rotatable within a casing 10 to enable any selected compartment to be brought into alignment with an opening 11 in the casing 10 for access. Alternatively a stationary circle or other assembly of compartments may have individual compartment doors. The compartments can be movable along a non-circular path and may for example be separate and hang from a conveyor. For security, coin-freed, electronic, or other locking means may be provided for each compartment or for the system as a whole. <IMAGE> |
