<p>The coat hanger is made of wood, metal or other material and is designed to prevent the clothes on it from slipping off, by having the surfaces coming into contact with the clothes roughened. The arms (1) and the cross-bar (3) of the hanger can entirely or partially covered by a rough surface (4). This is achieved by spraying or dipping the hanger. Alternatively and preferably, the surface coating is formed of a binder such as varnish or adhesive, in which are embedded fine grains of material with an angular structure.</p> |
