PURPOSE:To prevent the stop state of the production line executing a tact feed production work by recording in details the work result data related to the normal work and defective work of an automatic machine and the work result history data related to the repair work of the place related to defective work and informing to the work station of the downstream via an information network. CONSTITUTION:An automatic machine has the work result detecting means which transmits the work result data related to a normal work or defective work for a work to the work result display means 23a-23g arranged at the work station of the downstream side through an information network 12 and in case of executing a repair work based on the work result data displayed on this display means, it inputs the work result history data to the effect of completing the repair work by a corrected history input means. As a result, in case of the repair work being not completed within the tact time, the work with including the work defective place concerned is transferred to the work station of the downstream the defective place is repaired at the work station of the downstream concerned and a tact feed production is performed without any stoppage. |
