PURPOSE:To provide a fiber reinforced resin leaf spring with a base material protected from a shock externally given, by means of providing a buffer material of silicone rubber on surfaces of the base material of plate-shape made of fiber reinforced resin. CONSTITUTION:The fiber reinforced resin spring 1 comprises a base material 2 of plate-shape made of fiber reinforced epoxy resin and plate-shape silicone rubbers 3, 4 of buffer material, cemented to both surfaces respectively of said base material 2 of plate-shape. The base material 2 is of multi-layer construction in a direction of its thickness. A mounting part 5, 6 at both ends of the base material 2 consists of a ring material 14, 15 of fiber reinforced epoxy resin and a metal bush 12, 13. Accordingly, the base material 2 can be protected by the slicone rubbers 3, 4 from a shock externally given. |
