Assembling and moulding articles from thermoplastics panels - using heated housing and table on which the components float on cushion of hot pressurised gas

Device for mfr. of (esp. bulky) articles from thermoplastics e.g. acrylic, PVC, polystyrene, polypropylene, panels comprises a heat-insulated casing with eaters inide it for softening the panels to an elastic state; and a table with a hollow space in it upon which the panels are placed during heating, floating upon a cushion of gas. The casing is composed of 2 pts. of which the bottom one is stationary whilst the top one can be moved vertically up-and-down. Power consumption for heating the panels is relatively low. Even heating ensures high-quality prods.
