PURPOSE:To input the information necessary for the copying machine of diversified functions efficiently without any error by beforehand recording various kinds of necessary information in a medium and adapting this medium to a reader thereby actuating the copying machine according to the information. CONSTITUTION:Necessary copying information out of the set copying number, paper size,image density, division code, etc. concerning copying conditions has beforehand written in a hand writing slip 1. At the time of using a copying machine 4, this slip is adapted to an OCR (optical character reader) 2. The OCR 2 reads the copying information having been written in the slip 1 and transmits the same to a control unit 3. The control unit 3 actuates the copying machine 4 according to this copying information, then the copying machine 4 makes out copies 6 from originals 5 in compliance with the copying information having been written in the hand writing slip 1. In this way, the information concerning various copying conditions may be inputted efficiently and yet without any error, whereby the copying machine may be operated. |
