摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module that is excellent in design, can be prevented from being deteriorated in performance and can increase the service life.SOLUTION: A solar battery module comprises: a solar battery cell; a sealing member covering the solar battery cell; a light receiving face protection member; and a back surface protection member. The solar battery cell has a photoelectric converter having a conduction type monocrystalline silicon substrate, a light receiving surface electrode, and a back surface electrode. The light receiving surface electrode and the back surface electrode are configured in a grid-shape, and the substantially whole surface of an area where the light receiving surface electrode and the back surface electrode are not formed is covered by an insulation layer on the light receiving surface, back surface and side surface of the photoelectric converter. The refractive indexes (ne, nb and nt) of the uppermost surface layers of the sealing member, the insulation layer and the photoelectric converter preferably satisfy ne<nb<nt. The back surface protection member contains a laminate membrane of a black resin layer and a reflection layer which are successively disposed from the cell side in this order. The black resin layer transmits near-infrared ray λA of 750 nm or more in wavelength, and absorbs visible light λB of less than 750 nm in wavelength. The reflection layer reflects the near-infrared ray λA of 750 nm or more in wavelength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
