<p>A process is provided for forming a fertilizer polymer comprising the steps of forming a reactive metal by permeating a highly pure metal in the presence of hydrogen ions with another metal having an atomic volume close to that of hydrogen, and subsequently reacting the reactive metal with a hydrogen ion source and at least one member of the group of fertilizer enrichers consisting of NOx sources, COx sources, SOx sources, and POx sources.</p> |
