<p>PURPOSE:To perform inversion of a cassette with a simple constitution without touching the cassette by making a cassette holder rotatable in cooperation with the operation of an eject mechanism while the cassette holder is in an erect state. CONSTITUTION:When the need for inverting a tape cassette 12 arises, pushing operation of an eject button 9 causes a holder 11 to be risen up to an erect state, causing at the same time the end of an operating piece 28 to be contacted to the button 9 as shown by a broken line. When the button 9 is pushed again in this state, the operating piece 28 is pushed, by which a lever 26 is turned clockwise, then a lever 20 makes linear motion by overcoming a spring 22. This causes a pawl 23 to turn a pawl wheel 19 by a specified angle, causing in turn a pinion 17 to be turned by a gear 18 thereby turning a holder 180 deg.. If the holder 11 is set in a cassette chamber 2 by overcoming a spring 16, the inversion of the cassette 12 is completed. By this manner, the inversion of the cassette may be performed without touching the cassette.</p> |
