PURPOSE:To increase the output, by using the optical material having the filter operation in which no loss is present at the visual light region and 100% loss at the infrared ray region as the polarized surface regulating plate, in He-Ne gas laser tube. CONSTITUTION:Outside of the small diameter part at the both ends of the vaccum exterinal surrounder main body 1 made of glass, the sealing dishes 5 and 8 of sylindrical shape are provided with extension, and the reflectio mirrors 6 and 7 in which the reflection planes 6' and 7' of the dielectric poly-layer are evaporated inside the mirror substrates 6a and 7a at the tip, are sealed with the low melting point glass. In the main body 1, the cylindrical cathode 3, anode 2 and plasma fine tube 4 are provided, and the parts 10a and 10b form Brewster's angle are fitted inside the sealing dish 5, so that the polarized plane regulating plate 9 to determine the polarized plane of the laser output is fixed. 11 is the adjusting grip ring. |
