<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the pre-forming process of rubber sheet and at the same time make the fluctuation in the external appearance, quality and performance of a complete earthquake relieving device smaller by a structure wherein reinforcing plate and rubber layer are alternately laminated to one another between a pair of mounting plates. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a bottom force 12 is shifted from the location beneath a top force 11, a circular steel plate 23 is fitted to a space 12b under side the bottom force 12. Under the above-mentioned condition, the bottom force 12 is shifted just under the top force 11. Next, the bottom force 12 is raised so as to be joined and made into an integral body with the top force 11. And, rubber, which is metered with a feeding device 18, is fed under fluid state in an injection cylinder 17 and then forced between the forces 11 and 12 by advancing the plunger 24 of the injection cylinder 17, resulting in injecting and pouring the rubber under fluid state through feeding flow patches 22 in a hot platen 15 and in a base plate 13 from a nozzle 21 into an upper side space 12a. After being filled into the space 12a, the rubber is shaped by the forces 11 and 12, which are respectively heated by the hot platens 15 and 16. Thus, the rubber within the space 12a is turned into a circular rubber plate 25 and at the same time joined and made into an integral body with the steel plate 23.</p> |
