Counter test device with electronic test counter - with variable test period controlled by quartz oscillator circuit and adjustable pulse scaler

The counter test device has an electronic test counter for comparison purposes is designed as a amplification and rationalisation of the basic design as applied to digital power indication. A counter and indicator connected to the electronic test counter output is adjustable to different measurement times. After each test period the counter and indicator are reset to null and then immediately restarted. The counter condition at the end of each test period is displayed digitally. The timing is controlled by a quartz oscillator (4) and adjustable pulse scaler (5), and is reset by a mono-flop (6).
