The casement stay fulcrum element has a C-shaped guide groove on the window frame carrying a coupling element with shaped surfaces perpendicular to the plane of rotation and the ends of the coupling elements limiting the rotation. The corner angle carries on its ends the coupling elements (2, 3) fitted rotatingly to the leg ends. The rotating points are provided with lugs (4) protruding towards the inner surface of the legs. The lugs have a polygonal blind hole for the use of a hexagonal rod to turn the coupling, connecting it to the C-shaped guide groove of the frame. The opposite side of the corner angle is kept in place by an offset anchor edge (8), pushed into the C-shape groove and engaging one of the ends of the groove.
