发明名称 METHOD OF INSERTING INSULATING REINFORCEMENT CYLINDER AT POWER CABLE CONNECTING PART
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject method comprising forcing a lubricant in the fitting boundary between the cable core through which an insulating reinforcement cylinder is inserted and the insulating spacer to reduce the contact frictional resistance, and shifting and inserting the reinforcement cylinder on a predeterminaed conductor connected part, thereby to prevent deformation of the insulating reinforcement cylinder. CONSTITUTION:One terminal end of a rubber mold insulating reinforcement cylinder 2 inserted through the cable core is applied on an insulating spacer 4 to seal the same with a coil spring 7. Another end of said reinforcement cylinder 2 is sealed to the cable core 1 by means of a rubber bush 6 and a coil spring 7. Thereafter, a lubricant 8 is forced through an injection hole 3 of the insulating cylinder 2 into the fitting boundary thereby to reduce the contact friction of the fitting boundary between the cable core 1 and the insulating spacer 4, and a force as indicated by arrow is applied to the insulating reinforcement cylinder 2 to shift the same to a predetermined position to eliminate a pressure tank 9 and sealing members 6 and 7 thereby to insert the insulating reinforcement cylinder 2 on a predetermined conductor connecting portion 5. Since a great force is not required at the time of insertion, there occurs neither deformation nor damage in the insulating reinforcement cylinder, and insertion thereof is facilitated.</p>
