PURPOSE:To make it possible to reconcile both thinning of a vanity mirror and prevention of thermal deformation thereof by forming a lamp recess from heat-resistant synthetic resin and by disposing a lamp bulb in the recess near to the bottom thereof so as to obtain a predetermined space between the bulb and a lens. CONSTITUTION:A visor assembly 1 is composed of a sun visor 2 and a vanity mirror 3 incorporated in the sun visor 2. Further, the vanity mirror 3 comprises a mirror body 6, a mirror 29 supported to the mirror body 6, a cover 84 adapted to open and close the coverall front surface of the mirror 29, and a lamp section 83. In this arrangement, an opening 10 is formed in the mirror body 6 on one side of the mirror holding part thereof. A pan-like shape lamp body which is made of heat-resistant synthetic resin having a heat-resistant temperature higher than that of synthetic resin, and which stores therein a lamp bulb is fitted in the opening 10. Further, the front surface opening part of the lamp body is covered with a synthetic resin lens 80 so as to form a lamp section 83. |
