Lamp for testing skin sensitivity to UV radiation - has housing with apertures to be put on skin and blocked by different filters

The sensitivity of the skin to ultra-violet radiation is tested by a lamp in a housing having a number of openings which are placed directly on the skin. The openings are covered by filters of different strengths, preferably of glass with metal layers. The lamp is cooled by an airflow drawn in by a fan. The upper part of the housing contains a time switch, main switch and operating timer. A carrying frame includes adjustable legs for supporting the device of the patient. The switch on of the fan is delayed by two minutes to allow the lamp to reach its optimal temp.
