<p>PURPOSE:To prevent residual carbon in a sintered film to improve the characteristic of a resistor by adding photopolymeric organic solvent which suspends depolymeric polymer to the mixture of metal oxide semiconductor powder and glass powder. CONSTITUTION:Mixture, 60-90 wt.%, composed of metal oxide semiconductor powder (For example, RuO2 powder) and glass powder is added to photopolymeric and depolymeric organic solvent (For example, methacrylic acid 2-hydroxyethyl), 10-40 wt.%, which suspends depolymeric polymer (For example, polymethacrylic acid isobuthyl) to mix together. Metal powder may be added. 0.05-5.26 wt.% of photosensitizer is also added to the organic solvent. The mixture is homogenized with a three-roll kneader to made thick film resistor paste. The paste is printed onto a substrate, dried by ultra-violet rays and sintered to make a thick film resistor.</p> |
