PURPOSE:To improve service by a method wherein when the estimated cage load of a reserved cage exceeds a given condition, a current state and the will of a user are transmitted to a group management control device, and are reported to the user. CONSTITUTION:In a group management control device 2, when an allotted elevator is in a crowded state before arrival, a current elevator state, for example, a state in which reservation can be varied is guided by information guiding devices HD and HL by means of signals from a load detecting device 5 and a hall call button HB. This guidance causes elevator users at a floor station to detect the state of the elevator and decide a will to vary or not to vary reservation, and receive a service responding to his action. When reservation of a service elevator is varied, animation display, e.g. movement of a doll, flickering of an arrow mark, is effected, and a newly allotted elevator is guided to waiting elevator users. This constitution enables execution of a service satisfying the will of the user. |
