<p>PURPOSE:To prevent collision of vehicle by employing an alarm system, which is capable of detecting a mobile body coming near from the back of the vehicle, lighting an alarm lamp when the mobile body comes near within a predetermined distance, and also giving alarm to the driver when he tries to open the door at the time, thereby warning him to look at the back of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An access detecting radar system F is constituted by antenna 2 and radar unit 1, and it detects the value and plus or minus of relative speed of an object to discriminate vehicles coming near from the front of vehicle from those coming near from the back. Door detecting means S detects opeining of the door and produces an alarm signal in association with access signal of said system F. In the above arrangement, an output signal is produced from microswitches M1, M2 when inside handle of the door is pulled to open the door. In response to the output signal, an alarm signal is given to warn the driver to watch the back of the vehicle.</p> |
